if husband purposefully hides the education qualification and financial details are falsely told to take my consent for marriage.Altough its a love marriage .Can the case stand for annulment?

Dear querist,

Hiding or false information regrinding qualification or any other information, on the bases of which consent of other party is taken for marriage amount to fraud and falls under scope of Section 12(1)(c) in The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Thankyou sir ,

I also want to utter further,if the marriage is not solemnized properly ,the marriage didnt even have any sat pheras so can it stand for the violation of section 7 under  the Hindu Marriage Act ,1955.And the pictures taken of the marriage were solely for the affidavit and city hall marriage certificate sake. The marriage is not yet registered legally. This was the biggest fraud played. How much time can annulment process take if case filed after 2 months of marriage.

Why 'if' and facts in piece-meal?

i cant get your view sir. Will you please get into details??
