Annulment of forced marriage

Dear all,

A girl has been forced to marry a guy by her parents. But she is in love with someone else. The girl's parents then forced her to go for honeymoon. No consumation happened there. How does she get this marriage annuled? Can she go to a women's police station and file a complaint saying that this is wat has happened and she wants to live with her lover? Can she then stay at her lover's place till the annulment?

Please guide on how to proceed and the shortest path to getting an annulment. Groom's side may challenge the annulment as they are not aware of all these.

1) the GIRL (Baby-Girl) Should file complaint against her own parents.

Can she then stay at her lover's place till the annulment?

2) Immoral & Shameless question.

what if the Husband does the same with the wife ??

That girl is a major. The girl would be staying with only her lover's family and not just with her lover. This too is because the girl's own family would try to blackmail her again.
