Ancestral property muslim,make will hand over to daughter

I am a 38 years old sunni muslim from mumbai.
Since past 8 years i am almost bedridden, most of my saving are gone as i cannot work anymore.

I dont have any property or bank balance in my name / earned by me as of right now.

We are {3 Brothers ( including me),2 sister, my mom )}
All my brother and sisters are married and live separately ( live in downtown mumbai/south mumbai), I live with my mom in a rented apartment in far off suburbs.
We have some ancestral property ( in mumbai & Gujarat ) made by our grand father,
He had made a will in which  the ancestral property will be equally divided between all of us.

I also have a wife (Separated, not divorced)  and a 2 year old daughter.
As far as i have read on the internet that after my death, my wife or kids cannot claim any

rights on the ancestral property according to the muslim law.

What i actually want to do is, as an when in future if i am not alive,if the ancestral property
gets divided or sold, i want that share from the ancestral property to go to my daughter.

Can i make a will in my daughter name, that after my death whatever property share that i get
from the ancestral property, should be handed over to my daughter.

What things are needed to make such a will, how much will it cost, do i have to go to the court
for this, if so which court will i have to go

Need advices on how can i accomplish the above.

Thanks and regards
