The case goes like this.
My grand mother was an adopted child. Though, the adoption was not formal. The ones who adopted her didn't have a child of their own. And my grandmother was the only adopted child.
The adoptive of my grandmother gifted her some land in Delhi. But, it is still registered in the name of her adoptive parent. It has been 7 years since my grandmother and grand father died.
Is there anyway in which the property can be transferred in the names of my Grandmother's children.
