Hello all,
I have a doubt regarding amendment of cause title. In a plaint, a company ABC was involved. During the proceedings, a person of the company wanted to amend the cause title to Legal representative of the company ABC v. XYZ.
Can he do that ?
All help be appreciated.

ask to the concern court for an opportunity to make an application for amendment of the cause-title of the plain.
