Hi,
I live in a building complex in Kolkata which is not a co-operative society registered under West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act 1972.
We have an association in our complex which are making amendments/alterations and changes to the by-laws of WBAOA by which we are bound according to their convenience.
Can they make such changes/amendments without the approval of the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act?
