i have booked the property in panvel i have given the 20% advance as a booking amount. the builder suppose to give me the allotment letter but he is unable to give me & it already crossed the 6 months. what i have to do against the builder?
2. he is suppose to do the registration of property in may 2014 but not did till & saying that another 3 months will take for registration.
3. what is the procedural guidance of the customer have to take steps to be secure?
4. he is going to give me the possession in december 15 but now saying anothre 1 year will be take.

1. i have booked in nalasopara in march 2012. it is an loadbearing. he is going to give me the possation in jan 2013 but still not.
2. what i have to take documents from builder if he gives me the actual possation? it is an loadbearing so.
3. if he is unable to give me the possation then can i take my money as per current market rate? or what i can do against the builder?
