HI All,
If wife ask for alimony, can you please tell me roughly on what basis it will be calculated.
she is working.
she has a property on her name, She is paying the home loan for it(I made the initial payment).
Can she get hold on the property that i have.
I had purchased property before marriage and i am paying monthly emi for that.

Has the divorce been granted? On what grounds the divorce is granted?
Alimony depends on many factors and conduct of the parties is an important factor in the same.
