Husband succeeded in obtaining RCR u/s 9 HMA in his favour.
Wife did not comply with husband's RCR decree and hence granted divorce by the Court.
She is not entitled to get any maintenance after RCR goes in husband's favour.
But
My question: Is she now entitled to get alimony under section 25 HMA?
