Airtel's agency breached my privacy

I have take a postpaid connection with airtel 1.5 years ago, I was out of station since last 6 months, that's the reason I was unable to pay the bill, but when I came back, I was shocked to know that the airtel's agency people were calling on my all outgoing numbers, I just want to know how did they got my outgoing numbers and who gave them permission to breach my privacy and check my outgoing call details.

I really want to put a case on Airtel's agency, can somebody tell me how can I proceed???

The outgoing numbers are but obvious provided by Airtel to its agency.

The local Regional Office must have deputed its collection agents, recovery agents..............

The local office can provide details of recovery agency calling all numbers of your near and dear ones those are otherwise not responsible for making any payment...................

Submit a notice to local BM of the Airtel and MD under proper acknowledgment.

Depending upon reply and no reply of the company approach your lawyer and let your lawyer take over the matter.
