Agriculture property

Sir,

1. My parents own self acquired agriculture property. They have written last will on this property (Un registered will, but notarised) and as per that, the property belongs to me after their death. But my income is much more than 2 lakhs per annum. So do I have any problem in getting this property transferred to my name after their death? If there is a problem, any other alternative? In which clause I can find this information?

2. Do I need to get this will registered or is this notarised will holds good?

Thanks and Regards,

property transer in your case may be by sucessession and for that there is no need for any deed, if you are not only heir then' will' may be produced . Will may registered even after the death. probate of' will' is requisite to enforce your rights and property may be transfered accordingly.
