I am residing in a small village of Kolhapur district of Maharashtra. We have total half acre (20 Gunthe) agriculture land divided in to my 4 brothers i.e. each having 5 Gunthe. All names are present on one 7/12 extract. Now I wanted to buy all 20 Gunthe.
On one 7/12 many names are present and everybody wanted to sale but they cannot come together. But I can catch individually and convince to sell their 5 gunthe land to me. Please guide me how to conclude this. Also tell me that can anyone purchase 5000 Sq. Ft. agriculture land in Kolhapur district of Maharashtra ?
