there is 36 gunte land in raigad Maharashtra.
24 gunte is under my name.
12 gunte is with my cousins.
This 12 gunte is with me and I am cultivating rice every year. I had filed case with thesildar in 2020 for peek pahani and tehsildar has given judgement in my favour last year.
1. How can I get 12 gunte land in my name on 7/12 as land is in my custody.
2. how many years I have to file peek pahani so that thesildar will give order to put my name as KUL for 12 gunte
3. if I am the KUL does whole 36 gunte become 32/G.
3. what is the detail process to get the 12 gunte in my name.
