Agriculture land conversion to na

Hi,

We have an agriculture land measuring around 2 acres in Hubli, this land comes under Industrial Zone, near Gokul road.

We are planning to convert this land into Commercial & Residential property.

Please advise what will be the cost of conversion of Agriculture land into NA, and also any other fees we need to pay.

please consult your area revenue department and file an application for conversion of land.
