Agriculture certificate to registry in my name

hello i just want to know my father had sold the land to his own young brother. now the same land i have to purchase. should I have to get the agriculture certificate to buy the same land. Awaitng your prompt reply. Best Rgds Vidya

Since ur name is appeared in 7/12 extract from ur fathers name. There is no need for seperate agriculturist certificate in ur name.
