I have 2 gunthas of Agricultural land in Belgaum (rural) and i have my house on the same place. Now i wanna demolish the same and wanna construct new house there for that i wanna apply for the house loan, and bank needs compulsory NA layout. So i wanted to know that can I convert it into NA layout? Or there is any other way to get home loan for the same property??
