My father is having Agricultural land of 2 Guntha (approx. 2000 Sq.ft) jointly with her two sisters in Gujarat.
We are four married daughters of my father. Out of two sisters of my father, one sister is unmarried and one is having two kids. We wish to get our names enters in land record to avail benefit of a farmer.
Please guide me -
a. How to get our names entered in land records.
b. Is there any ceiling of holding of minimum area of land each person should have for becoming farmer.
c. When can we purchase agricultural land in our names.
