Agricultural land

Hi,

Can someone please help me to understand what documents needs to be verifited while buying a Agriculture land issued issued by government to farmer.

Hi Kailash The property should be issued by the government before 15 years that you can check by taking encumbrance certificate from sub register office and also be available in RTC
