agreement to sell

my question is that a decree favoured by the lower court that a landlord execute he sale deed in favour of party after party paid rest sum of money in between the landlord fied the suit in a high court that he sufferd a decree and in between the party died ... and executed the will in favour of his one son .... so is the will valid as landlord has stay order from high court that a party can't create and third party interest and who else the legal heir as the party has 3 sons and high court stated that all legal heirs come into contention.

The charge on property goes along with property.whosoever the owner of the property has to obay the decree.it may result delaying the process. first you secure the interst in propertty.
