Dear Experts,
Can two separate registered agreements to sale be made for the land and for the house standing on it? What will be the implication if the purchaser signs the first one and then does not sign the second one which was scheduled for a later date.
Please help urgently.

For sale of property two agreement are done
1) Agreement to sale
2) Sale deed
U have to specify which document have u done?
