Agreement of engagement

can I enter into agreement with lawyer for case such as engagement letter or such written agreement for professional work?

if yes please provide any format for the same.

Assuming you mean engagement of a lawyer for professional purposes (ie defending your case in court) you can both sign a valakatnama binding lawyer to perform your work. Model forms are available
