What I do after receiving RCR petition wife return to my home before 1st court hearing. I have accept her.
Thereafter, conjugal rights are not restored, she denies. She harass time to time mentally and tell me that will go police for false FIR. She already fled false GD at the time of return marital home.
Now 1st Court hearing complete but no one present from my wife side.
Do I need to continue RCR ?
