we got married in feb 2014, and then living separately since may 2014. after that girls parents thretened lot of times and mediator relative has done lot of meeting. in march 2015 we paid a good amount and convinced them to file for a mutual consent divorce with single lawyer for both of us. we have submitted sogandhnamu and notary. after she never appeared and wanted to harass us. in october we got a divorce decree order from court. now after 10 days he has called up mediator relative and asked for his adress by telling that he want to invite him for function.
my question is
1) within how many days he can apeal? one month? after one month can he appeal in high court?
2) why he has asked mediatros adress? anything he can do ?? so we can be prepare to fight
3) what other things he can do to harass us?
we already had divorce decree order under mutual consent divorce.
