Can I file divorce immediate after RCR decree if wife left marital house again without my consent to her paternal home. Do I need to file GD to near police station or direct file Divorce petition.

1. Send RPAD Notice to Wife annexing RCR Decree and request her to Join matrimonial home within 7 days of receiving the letter.
2. Send RTI to India Post to inform you of RPAD Delivery report.
3. File a GD Entry with jurisdiction police station requesting them to find your wife and place under your custody citing RCR Decree.
4. Search and appoint local Advocate and proceed on RCR Decree Execution within above time line.
5. Now, wait for law to take its own course. An Execution Court cannot sit long to Execute the RCR Decree and the final Order it gives is to be annexed to file a Divorce Petition under grounds of "non-following by wife RCR Executed Decree, hence desertion by wife."
