Hi,
I have done a MCD (Mutual Consent Divorce) and my 6 month period is completed and my second hearing is coming up in 3 days from now. The Judge is out of station and will come after 6 days. On the second motion can i go to an alternate judge or what are the alternatives. I have been waiting for 6 months. Please help!!

u wont be sent to another court

I thought you can go the presiding judge who handles the cases in judges absense
