After 498A regular bail how the same know IO of the police station.
Do we need inform the IO and send him original Surrender Slip or court will send the copy of Surrender Slip to the IO ?

The bail bond would be filled and IO would come to know about the same on its own. BTW IO would also be present to oppose the bail and hence would know.
