Sir,
i am an advocate and I have been offered a part time managerial post which company wants to provide for permanent tenure. is it possible earlier i was manager in that company and they does not want to lose me as due to my experience and i also willing too remain with them as for future prospects.
what is my legal position,

You cannot work as a part employee being a practitioner. But you can work and get salary as honarary.
