We (Me and my brother) are planning to demolish and re-construct our house.
The house is in my mother's name.
For me and my brother to apply housing loan, I understand that the property needs to be on our names respectively.
Please advise as to what kind of deed / agreement is required for us to proceed with applying loan / constructing the house.
