Hello Everyone,
I would like to seek your guidance on my divorce case, marriage was via matrimony where false information was provided, he lied about his bussiness, home etc..domestic violence happened, his ex girlfriend has filed a case against him for domestic violence which i was not aware of at the time of marriage...now he is not ready to give divorce. My first lawyer messed up the case and didnt file strong petition i have changed lawyer..all the lawyers i have met have suggested me to file FIR to make it stronger case...can i file FIR now as it has been 1 year and a half tat i am living seperately and its been a year that case has been filed. ...what should be my ground to get divorce faster..
