i am Mr.Alfin Gonsalves i stay in virar. i have a problem i have paid the booking amount to the builder to purchase a flat but the problem is he have only given me Memorandum of Understanding and the Receipt of the booking amount and is it enough to prove that i have booked the flat and should he give any other documents to prove that i have booked the flat in the given rate. Also i want help is their any other booking procedure followed and what is the normal booking process.
