Dear Sir,
My grandmother have given property to me and registered in my name .These are shops .The shops agreement has been expired 5 years back. The shop person is staying around 18years.How to vacate the shop.Is any legal problems arises , If we ask to vacate the shop.Please advice me what to do to avoid contraversy.

First you send a personal notice to tenant for vacate the premises.Wait for their response. Later you can send a legal notice through lawyer.
