Admission of new committee member in chs mumbai and others

I have few query

ours is a 61 flat chs  in mumbai

1) how many members are required for forming a committee  

2) can we add a new member to committee in between or its mandatory to add new member during AGM.

3) is it mandatory that there should be minimum 11 members in a committee 

4) is it mandatory to have a female member in a committee
