Admission in 5th class

Dear All,

I want some information about the admission in private school in class of 5th.

My daughter is studying in a private school in Vasundhra -U.P. and my son is studying is Delhi Branch.
My daughter is studying in which school,It was under the management of Delhi school , but last year they have sold this school. We are not satisfy with that management and want to shift my daughter  in Delhi school where my son is already studying but school is refusing to give admission and saying that they are not bound to give admission even  in case of management change without proper intimation.

I want to know that there is any court order on this case and how can I admit my daughter in Delhi Branch school and what legal action I can take against school in that case.

Please suggest and provide any reference for the same.

Regards,

Prayag Dutt Joshi

the Right To Education Act (RTE) guidelines clearly stating that no child should be denied admission through the year. Give a complaint to District Educational Officer. or file a writ petition in High court.
