1. May i kindly request your advice on the requirement of adjudication of undermentioned legal documents executed in USA;
i) In respect of property of a deceased parent , a a No -Objection affidavit of siblings for transfer of Shares and Membership to an Indian nominee/legal heir. ( the affidavit is notarised in USA by the sibling)
ii) Likewise a relinquishment deed and POA executed in USA by the siblings for transfer of property to an Indian nominee/legal heir.
2. If adjudication is reqd, then what is the process and approx cost per document?
