Add director liabilities of pvt com ?

hi i m the additional director of pvt company. the other director appoint me as a add dir for only sing on the they recieve the money from the investor. the other dirctor  bring the money from the me and other public for the invest and i sing the payment on the ricipt after they collect money and give me all customer ricipt on my name after they dont repay the public money and the customer do the police case again me .i have the ricipt of the other director ricipt 

i m in big problem pls give me right advise for this case pls pls

Directors are jointly and severally liable for their acts. In some cases individual director is personally liable.As long as directors act in good faith and fiduciary relationship, they are exonerated from any liability as long as the interests of thecompany are safeguarded.
