I have admitted the petition for a letter of administration
now the question has arisen that the other heirs whose names are not in the will would like to make an affidavit in favor of the applicant but they do not want to remain present before the court in connection with their old age and long-distance journey of them because the court is very far from other legal heirs residence
is any other option when they are not able to live except court commissioner
please guide me
