Acknowledgement of Recepit

Private Banks refuse to acknowledge receipt of applications submitted to them. Can they refuse?

no they can not........make a complaint with the RBI instantly.


if the matter is of urgent nature then send the application through registered post.

No bank can not refuse to acknowledge the reciept of any correspondence if submitted in writing by hand. They have to recieve it.


 


 


 


 


 


All the banks are under control of RBI and they have to follow its guide lines. Therefore as suggested by my colleague Mr. Kiran Kumar, you may post your complaint through RAPD as well as a copy of the same be sent to RBI along with a complaint stating that as they refused to acknowledge the reciept of the same; hence this complaint is posted.


 


 


 


 


 


The same copy be sent to the head office or Zonal office of the said bank for thier information.
