accident cases

whether insurance company is exonerated from its liability if the driver of the offending vehicle did not possess licence of valid licence in accident cases. in these circumstances whether the tribunal may follow pay and recover principles. plz quote me some citations for pay recover as the case may be.

yes, sir court can Exonerate from the liability, but as of now no order for pay &recovery.
