We are newly married couple living in banglore, we stay in place called ulsoor we paying 9,000 as rent also paid 1,00,000 as advance, also we made the agreement for 1 month notice for vacating, we facing huge issues with the landlord she's using abusing words, she alway keep questioning about the visitors,parking,drying clothes, drilling ect.
I keep telling to my wife that it usuall that most of the house owners will keep telling, there are few instances that really made me feel upset.
1. We have our family friends she use to come home frequently and she know our owner too, so the owner use to call her and speak as well, one day she was asking her about our pregnancy planning and told her to advice us to no use condoms, she felt we unconfatable and she stop comming to our home because our our owner lady.
2.She will knok the door after 10pm and talk all un relative thing or ask my wife to check whether we have water or the tv was working etc
3. One day we have visitor for my office my team member for lunch lunch went fine the same night she started complaning about the visitors behavious, i told that we're not much loud also she told that we not alowing visistors anymore i told her that we are newly married couple we will have visitors too.
She started using abusing words which abusing me directly almost all kind of all F&B, My wife on tears after hearing all this the hole night she not slept and she went to her mom's place and not ready to come back.
Please advice me that what will be my next move, wheather we have to contact police & how to close the agreement.
