What a vague and irrelevant post, when the Author says, he absconded, but Mr. Kumar Doab treats as if he resigned.. Further the author of the problem desires to withdraw PF, but Mr. Kumar Doab advises him to send a copy of resignation that too when absconded!

In all Mr. Kumar Doab made 13 vague and irrelevant posts against a single question as of his number playing game just to take false credit for 13 pieces of advice.

Assuming that: Even if employee has absconded then employee looses lien on employment in 10 days as per standing orders and employer has to act in accordance with standing Orders and terminate employment.

In your case if employer has termianted employment by termination order then internal records have to declare employee has separated by termination.

So, Employer has to attest PF froms, in such case also.

By making this post, Mr. Kumar Doab has directly admitted that he he is not well versed with the PF matters. THAT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT, WHEN Mr. SUDHIR KUMAR stated, "absconded emplopyee cannot  be treated to have ceased to be in service and canot compell employer to submit his claim form."

So, a question arises, with what of his objective he made 13 vague and irrelevant posts?

IN OTHERWORDS, Mr. Kumar Doab, even being quite ignorant about the PF procedure, PLAYED ONLY a NUMBER GAME BY MAKING 13 vague and irrelevant posts against a single question just to take false credit for 13 pieces of advice.
