about sbi credit card

hlo sir i want to knw i want to pay my outstanding amount in emi but the sbi credit card agents use abuse languages they told emi not possible what can i do

take loan from some other bank and clear SBI loan.can pay emi to other bank in fresh loan

you cannot compele EMI
