Dear SIr,
I have a purchased a plot in ghaziabad through a Property Dealer. I have given all payment to Property Dealer in his name and registry has done and signed by owner of property. But now one yeat has passed, I have not received Dakhil Kharij from owner of property. When I asked he told me that he not received all payments from property dealer, he can be give dakhil kharij after received all payments from property dealer. And saying that go to property delear to get his payment. But now property dealer is absconding somewhere. It seems that all is collution by them.
Now question is that I have given all payments in name of property dealer and also accepted by owner of plot in registry that he received all payments. Now can I go myself to file a application for Dakhil Kharij.
Please help me because my money is in danger.
