Hi ,
We have a case going on in a disputed family Land. The case seems to be in our favour.
Still to be assured of the case win : My father agreed to pay some amount as bribe for the case but the amount was not decided then. Later the amount asked was more then our expectation.
Now our lawyer suggests ,if we do not pay this amount ,it will effect courts decision. It may go against us as well.
I am not in favour of paying this amount.
Please suggest,will it affect the courts decision if we do not pay them now. What should we do now?
