The media's own trial is interfering judiciary

As per the voting poll the media trial is really putting up unnecessary pressure on judiciary. First the media shows its own judgement without perusing through every angle and every side of a case. Its a half baken story!

The Indian judiciary as per Per Indian Constitution has a distinct power and is indepedent on its own. The media by showing its own trials on TV and being jujmental and influencing the mind of the people is highlt unconstitutional. The media as generally really tries to influence any case by showing exaggerated videos or statements and keep repeating to influence the people. The people in turn then have less confidence on the judiciary. And hence the Constitution enacted had given seperation of powers so that Indian Judiciary is independent without any influence.

The media shows its own trial and depicts an altogether different picture to the people and thus corrupts the minds of the people which is a serious crime. Also media fails to link the truth and shows its own judgement.
