How to remove o.l.r case no.98/84, u/s 15(i) (d) from my plots remark colum

One share copper had the unfortunate experience of obtaining the exparty degree at that plot on 1984.O.L.R Case No.98/84, U/S 15(I)(D), that was reflected in my ROR's Remark column. Could you please let me know how I can remove it.
