my case is pending in regular cases punjab & haryana high court since 1999 when it is admited by justice for final disposion with in one year now 13 years are gone there is no result ....when we talk to a lawyer he said that urgency app cannot given because it is in regular hearing & there is no ground for early hearing. what can i do to clear in soon

non-availability of facilities was one of the factors which caused delays in the disposal of cases.

ask other lawyer. But nothing much can be expected.
