TENANT AND MUTAWALLI OF WAKF ESTATE

ONE OF MY FRIEND STAY IN WEST BENGAL IN WAKF PROPERTY GROUND AND FIRST FLOOR OF TERRACE PARTLY OR HALF SHADED AREA IN KOLKATA.
THEY ARE JOINT FAMILY AND USED TO DO BUSSINESS IN THE SAME BUILDING WITH CONSENT FROM OWNER... BUT AFTER DEATH OF OWNER HIS FAMILY MEMBER IS APPOINTED AS MUTAWALLI SUDDENLY HE IS FORCING TO VACATE THE PROPERTY OR PAY HUGE AMOUNT FOR RENTAL AGREEMENT BUT THE SAME AMOUNT IS TOO HIGH TO PAY.
THEY ARE CURRENTLY PAYING RENT TO RENT CONTROL FOR GROUND FLOOR AND WHERE AS FIRST FLOOR WAS GIVEN TO TENANT FOR COMMERCIAL USE TO MY FRNDS.
SO THERE IS NO RENT AGREEMENT FOR FOR FIRST FLOOR.
