Selling shop with tenant having it on rent

I land lord having case running in court to evict my tenancy from shop since 2004 but after a long time it seems to take more time , In this regards now i want to sell that shops . So Is there any problem may arise while i want to sell that shops without taking any consideration with tenancy. Plz remember i  don't want to sell that shops to exixting tenancy, plz give valueble advise on this so that i can think ahead .........
