School Starting Requirements

Hello

Iam from Mumbai, I wish to start a school for Poor Students to provide them proper & Quality Education, but for this iam lacking proper guideance, i tried gaining knowledge, but did not get proper guideance,

so iam looking forward for someone to guide me through

i wish to have some basic knowledge for starting a School

1) what are the Documentation Required ?

2) What are teh Different Kind of Permissions Required ?

3) Where do we need to approach, for Permissions and Documentations ?

4) what may be the Estimated Monetery Requirements ?
