We have selected a property in Hyderabad and paid 3 lakh as advance and got builder signatures on two 100 rupees bond papers with final payment within 45 days period. After 11 days of agreement date (unregistered with Dept) because of my financial estimations are turned down in 10 days (there I MAY NOT BEAR HOUSE LOAN EMI ),
I approached builder and expressed my inability to move further. He didn't give say Yes or NO and left the place, In this scenario how can I proceed further to get the majority of money back ? I so much obliged to you if you could guide me with best advice. I have plan of waiting for 2/3 days and later I am thinking to issue cancel notice through Lawyer, please suggest the best
